We are looking for a Customer Support Ninjas!
Job Details:
- Incoming and Outgoing Calls
- Chat Support
- Some admin tasks when needed

Requirements:
- Can start asap! On or before April 1st.
- Back up ISP/power. Or at least someone who can find a way and still come or continue work on his/her scheduled shift.
- Excellent communication skills Verbal/Written
- Able to take detailed notes regarding client issues and conversations
- Noise-free working environment
- A Headset with a noise-canceling feature
- Flexibility in rotating shift schedule

I need someone who is a TEAM PLAYER, EASILY TRAINABLE, and with POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
