inventors how to license their inventions for royalties to major corporations. Our

About This Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Invent Tribe, you'll have the opportunity to
work in a startup environment while gaining valuable business experience. You will be
part of a developing team of Sales Development Representatives who will directly
impact the growth of our company. We are looking for people that embrace goals, challenges, and new opportunities.
What You Will Do
? Consult with inventors to determine if Invent Tribe is the best solution for their product licensing journey
? Respond to messages that come in through social media platforms both organically and through paid marketing
? Close a sale either over messaging, phone, or Zoom
? Thoroughly qualify each prospect and optimize lead generation
? Manage a high volume of reactive and proactive chats
? Meet and strive to exceed monthly goals
? Flexibility in Hours: The majority of our target audience is in the US, so you will be working shifts in the morning or early evening hours based on
Eastern Standard Time. This role requires a weekend shift on rotation (from
either 9-2 or 2-5pm EST on a Saturday)
? Provide feedback to the CEO to help constantly innovate our processes and digital products through coaching packages
What You Need
? Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent Sales experience
? 1-2 years of direct sales or relevant experience

? Passion for helping to equip startup and experienced inventors with the tools they need to thrive in the modern marketplace
? Drive to succeed on a high level and crush goals month over month
? A positive, can-do attitude
? A willingness to learn and constantly improve. You are not satisfied with 100% and are always looking for ways to meet the next challenge
? Excellent written, verbal communication, and typing skills
? Drive to learn about new trends in sales, innovation, and marketing
? Ability to thrive as an individual contributor and work with a dynamic team
Bonus Points
? Experience as a chat representative
? Sales/Marketing Experience
? Experience with CRM software a plus
The Offer
We offer base salary PLUS sales commission
