JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, I am looking to hire a full time virtual assistant to assist with varies activities.

To apply for this role you will need:

- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Excellent English speaking abilities
- Good and stable internet connection

Skills needed:
- Some knowledge in Google Search and Keyword Rankings.
- How to communicate to clients and help them with their inquiries.
- Communicate with managers and team members to ensure projects are on track.

Task for this role:
- send google invoices to clients
- collect client acc. info from ppc manager compile and create reports
- collect client acc. info from seo manager compile and create reports
- schedule for me client meetings. follow up with clients to get requested information.
- follow up with prospects. call to ensure information was received and get feedback.
- get project updates from team members / keep track of projects / ensure stuff have what they need to get the job done.
- job ad posting / filter candidates / set-up primarily meeting / set-up an interview with me.
- audit projects tasks complete, to ensure quality is not compromised.
- proof read proposals and reports.
- upload videos to website (video tutorials supplied)
- tag videos and create landing pages (video tutorials supplied)
- help me write a book / compile notes / transcribe my videos .
