Training Content Writer

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Training Content Writer for a project-based position to brainstorm, rewrite existing modules, and transform ideas into persuasive messaging through various content types to include, presentations, publications, and any other form instructed by the Owner. We need someone who utilizes creativity and data-driven insights to optimize and improve impact of written content and increase engagement and understanding of the students.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and generate clear and concise training materials for the students
Communicate effectively with colleagues and collaborates with other departments and project teams to consider writing requirements and create innovative content ideas.
Update and amend written content according to feedback.
As assigned may research industry competitors to stay on top of market trends and analyzes content surrounding training
Partner with the design team to ensure copy is correctly flowed into design and finds integrated visual/copy solutions.
Review and edit materials, ensuring they are free from spelling, grammar, and stylistic errors.
Attend meetings and conferences as directed to ensure current knowledge of the industry to write content that meets and exceeds regulatory compliance standards.

Experience:
Experience in writing training content
Semi-permanent make-up knowledge is a plus
Ability to provide examples of work previously created
Comfortable presenting and training on created content at every level within the organization
