Video Editor/Graphic designer

I am looking for a VA who is organized and has experience in video editing (including doodly) and graphic design. They will make thumbnails and Instagram posts and do all the editing to my YouTube videos. They will be editing the video, optimizing rankings, creating thumbnails, and doing all the other tasks to make a YouTube video achieve best results. The second thing the VA will be doing is reaching out to collaborators on Instagram. Essentially, they will find people with followers in my niche and negotiate paid shout-outs. Audio recording will be an added advantage. Put a secret phrase in the subject line of your application, and provide a video instead of text.
