We are Accelera Language, one of London's most exciting startups and we will be shortly launching our English online course to people learning English as a second language.
We are looking for an awesome digital marketer be our "Traffic Master", and to help acquire leads through different channels such as facebook, twitter and other social media sources as well as youtube. We want to build a community and engage people with our videos and finally launch the online course.
It's the type of role where you will engage with potential partners and clients, and be part of an online product launch - so we're looking for someone who has passion, skills in social media marketing and has an excellent level of English. Does that sound like you?
Requirements:
*Do you understand social media? ... and know which channels are best for which content and why?
*Are you a team member, who can also use their initiative and be daring and take risks?
*Do you have a keen interest in writing, blogging or communicating in English, and have a friendly and outgoing personality?
*Are you fluent in the English language (both verbal and written)?
*Do you have at least two years digital marketing experience? (or maybe less, you could just be brilliant!)
*Do you have an exceptional work ethic?
*Are you honest?
The Role
The role will be part-time to start (15-20 hours per week). You will collaborate with the CEO and as we grow there will be the opportunity for the right candidate to become a long-term member of the team.
- Sourcing and researching potential affiliate partners
- Leverage facebook to find exactly where our target market is
- Creation and curation of relevant content - to build partnerships with key influencers/teachers of English who have a large audience.
- Engagement with key bloggers, influencers, teachers.
- Growing our social audience with ENGAGED members.
- development of social marketing schedule - especially creating specific offers to engage audience.
- General daily To-Do list items
- Sourcing contact information for potential affiliate partners
- Posting and sharing facebook posts and tweeting.
- Knowledge of youtube optimization, etc or if not, willing to learn.
You may also be asked to help with research, and several ad-hoc duties as and when required.

This is the general description of what will be required of the VA on a weekly basis. As time goes there will be a need for more responsibility in the above areas.

*At least two years digital marketing experience is an asset, (or maybe less, you could just be brilliant!)

Our startup is based in London, UK but you are not required to work during our time zone as long as the tasks are completed in reasonable fashion (expectations will be set on an as per basis). We will also arrange at least 1 weekly call.
