Responsibilities:

-Respond to potential clients and leads in a public message board (online forum) who are looking to buy or ask questions on our digital products/services
- Answer clients in a professional, polite manner over forum replies, private messages, emails and ----------
-Fulfill incoming orders and send the rest of the team
-Follow up until the client has received the product/service
