Title: E-Commerce Virtual Assistant
Looking to hire a personal assistant to help handle the day to day operation in my Shopify business.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for a range of tasks involving customer service and order fulfillment. When you are not fulfilling orders and handling customer service, you will be finding and listing new products. Some of the tasks required will be as follows:

- Researching potential products offered by wholesalers, to be listed in our online store (and on the advertising platforms on Facebook Marketplace, MicroSoft Shop, Google Shopping, and so on)
- Editing and adapting the language and images for listing requirements on the different platforms
- Responding to potential customer inquiries
- Fulfilling orders (confirming purchase in cart, ordering product from supplier, entering in tracking into Shopify etc)
- Responding to customer inquiries/complaints
- Managing refunds and disputes

All training will be provided.

We are looking to staff on a full time basis as an ongoing job. With that being said some of the key requirements are:

1. Be extremely reliable
2. Have a great feedback history on onlinejobs
3. Be able to overlap a portion of your hours of work with my daytime hours here in the United States. Either my early morning which will be end of day in your country, or my early evening which will be morning for you.
4. Be an excellent communicator with reliable internet access and a ---------- account.
5. Be comfortable moving back and forth FROM research (using tools and imagination) trails and capturing information on suggested products in spreadsheets, TO detailed number and language editing, to repetitive tasks like putting up listings and tracking and recording data from one system to another (accurate data entry).
