Project WordPress Divi Website Developer & Support

Big fan of OnlineJobs.ph currently working with VAs full-time to help run our very busy web design company. We have been working with VAs since 2018.

We are DFW Website Designers. We have been around for 11 years and build about ---------- small business WordPress websites a year. Furthermore, we currently support about 350 existing website with ongoing support and maintenance. To make our lives easier, MOST of the websites we build and maintain are all WordPress ---------- 90 days we are looking to bring on two new full-time web designers, salary plus commission, even pay vacation time and 13th month.

However, for now I personally am looking for project by project, daily contract work for two part-time individuals who are Divi ninjas and love to work hard and fast. At the moment, we currently sell about 25-30 new Divi websites a month, receive about 100 support request, and about 10 tasks. My existing staff cannot keep up. So here is what your relationship could look like for the first 90 days.

Each morning we will log support, tasks, and new websites into Airtable with a turnkey price. If something interest you, you ask for it, we assign that to you, you do it, get paid and go onto the next task. If you don't want it you don't take it. Of course, your manager, Fred Campos will be available to help and assist. (By the way, he is a Divi ninja too and very much wants you to be successful, will train and help if you get stuck.)

We are volume shop so speed is a serious requirement. We are trying to do support and task request in under 24 hours, and build websites in 2-3 days.

So what does it pay? What type of work is it?

Websites
-----------------------------
Logo Designs - $15
Landing Pages - $30
New 3-5 Page Informative Website $50
WooCommerce Website up to 10 products $50
New 5-10 Page Website $75
Above that, custom prices

Tasks
------------------------------
Any kind of data entry that could range from $0.50/item to $3 a page. Think adding new products in WooCommerce, or turning pdfs into text, or keying in bank statements.

Support
------------------------------
Since about 300+ of our websites are all Divi, they all look the same on the backend. Support usually takes about 5 mins for a Divi ---------- could be the following:
Changing content - $0.50
Changing an image - $0.50
Adding in a new rotator - $1
Adding in a blog post - $1

We pay IMMEDIATELY and DAILY during the first 90 days. We pay after the successful completion of each job. So you can earn fast and as much as you want (or we have work available. We can pay via Paypal, Payoneer, Remitly, etc.)

So here is how the interview process works... follow these instructions carefully...
1) If you are interested, can start immediately, and can agree to the above prices, then apply. Write me short paragraph as to why you are the best candidate, show me some Divi websites you have built, and explain to me your skill sets.
2) After 24 hours, I will take the first 40 applications and narrow it down to 5. Of those five, I would like to talk to you briefly on Skype in an informal interview.
3) From those brief Skype discussions, I would like to select two to try a very simple paid $30 assignment. I have two 2-4 page html websites we need t convert to WordPress ---------- is a copy design. If you can do that well, then we'll put you on a 90 day trial and add you to airtable to begin work.
