We are looking for a full-time Customer Service / Administrator to join our close-knit team to help continue providing quality customer support services to our customers. This role includes a variety of tasks and opportunities to learn and grow further within our team.
We are an established and highly reputable Australian business with over a decade in our field. Since 2011 we have provided training services to the construction industry and operate over multiple areas.
Some of the specific tasks we will require you to perform;
- Process student outcomes, records and certification
- Enter and monitor learner/trainer or employer feedback
- Respond to customer enquiries by
- Process enrolments into training management system
- Process course and customer bookings (eg trainer allocations, venues, flights, accommodation etc)
- Raise invoicing and record keeping
- Create or edit documents and learning resources
- Provide administration support to team of trainers
- Participate in a daily huddle and fortnightly team huddles
We are looking for someone with the following experience and attributes;
- Minimum 5 years customer service and/or administration role
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Highly organised and able to coordinate tasks, priorities and schedules
- Strong computer skills and experience using either Microsoft Office 365, Asana or Active Campaign
- A person who is looking for a long term position and career with a highly committed team
- Desire to learn on the job and appetite to grow with our business and team
More about the position and company;
- This position is available as work from home (WFH), however does require you to have excellent computer and internet facilities to successfully fulfil this role. Although working from home, you'll never feel alone as our team will be virtually alongside you every step of the way to provide support (and have fun!)
- Day shift - work days Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm
