Explainer video expert needed - long term

Hi there,

I'm looking for an absolute expert when it comes to explainer videos.

You need to have references of videos that you already produced.

Requirements for the videos:
- Full HD
- create a script, voice-over and subtitles in English. German language would be also nice, but that is optional.
- background music and sound effects
- Script & Storyboard creation
- Component Review at Each Stage
- full commercial rights for me, so I can resell the videos
- the animations will be only produced for me and the same video will not be sold to other people
- info about me, my company and/or my clients will be kept confidential

Optional:
- You can create a custom character based on an image and animate it later in the explainer video.
- the animation source file will be shared with me, so I can import it to my own software.
- Logo and website of me/or my client can be integrated in the video
