Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for a full-time virtual assistant to help manage my e-commerce store.

We are a UK company running a dropshipping business in the US.

Tasks to be completed:

- Product Research
- List products in Cartzy and Facebook Marketplace
- Talk to potential buyers in FBMP
- Buy items on Amazon or Walmart (but NEVER eBay)
- Get tracking numbers
- Track stock levels
- Answer customer service emails
- Process refunds
- Manage your P&L

Perhaps the most important tasks will be doing product research then listing the items on Cartzy (shopping platform), Facebook marketplace, then talking to potential buyers and sending the relevant payment links. You will need excellent English reading and writing skills, as well as being competent with using Facebook.

You will need to have the ability to do keyword research and write product listings on Cartzy. See product listing example: ----------

You will be guided through training videos detailing step-by-step on what tasks are needed to be completed on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will be able to work 7-8 hours per day In EST (Eastern Standard Time).

It would be helpful if you could send me examples of previous work completed.
