ROCKSTAR VIDEO EDITOR

1. JOB DESCRIPTION & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We need someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working, highly organized and has problem-solving skills to handle all video editing for our personal brand and our products..This fully remote role is a great opportunity for someone to really develop and progress their digital marketing skills and take on more responsibility as we grow. This role is about editing short form and long form video for social media platforms

Full support will be provided when you first start working with us.

Wage / Salary: PHP 10,000/month

Contract Type: Part Time 20 Hours Per Week with possibility to move into full time after probationary period

**Skills required:**
We are looking for an accomplished Video Editor who has experience creating engaging content. Your experience should include the following:
Proven work experience as a Video Editor
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing is an asset
Creative mind and storytelling skills
Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms and best practices.
Experience working to achieve specific goals and objectives and delivering quality results.
Strong communication and interpersonal ---------- lf-motivated team player with the ability to work well under minimal supervision.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adjust work hours depending on deadlines.

EXPERIENCE EDITING FOR YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, AND TIK TOK ARE A PLUS


2. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS ROLE

We expect you to complete your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

We expect you to work in a professional manner that represents the company you are working for.

Some of your job expectations include but are not limited to:

Edit long-form video in a way that is enticing for youtube videos.
Edit short-form video in a way that is enticing as an advertisement.
Edit videos with music, captions, graphics, and effects.
Collaborate with Content Managers to create content specific to needs.
Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone.
Perform quick edits and changes to support meeting needs.
Keep track of assets and video content for future iteration.
Ensure logical sequencing and dialogue.
Report and collaborate within the team.
Keep up to date with current social media advertising trends to create relevant content that performs well.

4. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Please note that you will be given KPIs to hit which will relate to completion of tasks.
You will primarily report to the company founder who will also conduct the contract reviews and monitor KPI performance.
