JOB OVERVIEW

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you, to ensure the tasks are completed to our satisfaction.

Your top tasks on a daily basis will be to:

• Respond to customer emails through Gmail.

• Respond to customer messages through Facebook and Instagram.

• Manage our Facebook and Instagram comments. This includes replying to customers, as well as hiding negative comments.

• Finding and setting up collaborations with Instagram Influencers, that you see fit for our brand.

A successful candidate must have:

• Experience with Shopify.

• Experience in customer service.

• Experience with Facebook & Instagram.

Pay:
TBD, this will depend on your level of skill, in comparison to our other candidates.

We are looking for a full time employee.
