We are looking for a full-time Amazon Operator that brings professionalism and meticulous accuracy to the position along with other tasks when assigned. The successful Amazon Operator will have excellent communication skills and will be highly detailed oriented. This position requires extensive expertise in Amazon Seller Central.

We are a small family-owned company that has been in business for five years with a small team of employees. Our brand specializes in creating high-quality, natural pet products for our customers. We are based out of Austin, Texas, and growing quickly with 100 products.

We are looking for a passionate long-term hire that wants to grow with our team. We are offering up to $1,500 per month based on experience.

Full Time
Monday-Friday
9:00 PM - 5:00 AM or 2:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Core Responsibilities
Identify data and listing errors and create customer service tickets to fix the issue.
Optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research to increase product ranking.
Create, submit, monitor, and escalate submit any disputes and appeals with Amazon.
Quickly develop and write Plans of Action to initiate the appeal process with Amazon.
Monitor and maintain brand and seller account health.

Requirements
Must have a phone, computer, and consistent and fast enough internet connection.
Excellent written and spoken English communication ---------- ep understanding of the Amazon Seller Central and FBA environment.
Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Works well with Excel/Google Sheets.

Experience
Amazon Seller Central: 2 Years
Jungle Scout or Helium 10: 2 Years
Excel or Google Sheets: 2 Years
