Customer Service and Support Team Member Wanted *** Great Opportunity ***

Full Time Position
We are a e-commerce health and wellness brand, we are looking to hire a customer service admin to support our growth targets for 2021. There is a lot of growth potential in our company and looking to hire only A Players with industry experience. Minimum of 1 years’ experience providing customer service support in a E-Commerce environment.

Duties
Answer e-mails for customer shipping information and products information.
Customer service e-mails
Write report to manager
Create excel reports


Qualifications:
A Collagen or University diploma and are at least 24 years old
The ability to connect with customers with empathy & offer helpful solutions
Excellent listening & communication skills, both written and verbal
