Shopify Virtual Assistant

Hello! We are an e-commerce brand looking for a long-term & dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team and work with us in carrying out crucial day-to-day tasks.

Some base requirements for the position —
> Experience with Shopify
> Customer Service Experience & Fluent English (Email & Facebook/Instagram, mainly written)
> Graphic Design Experience (Canva Preferred | Photoshop & Illustrator Preferred | Premiere Pro/iMovie Preferred)
> Social Media Marketing Experience & Knowledge (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
> Fast Internet & Responsiveness
> Full-Time Availability
> Organized & Disciplined

As a VA for our business, you will be working full-time with our team and closely alongside the founder managing a variety of different aspects of the business. You will mainly be doing customer service, but will also be partaking in creating/editing graphics, managing social media , and other tasks as they come up.

We are online retailers of cutting-edge tech gadgets and serve a large clientele. As such, we ask for positivity, elegance, patience, and attention to detail while handling customer service. We are always available and open to any and all questions, and want to work with you to progress each day.

The position is full-time. However, our team is fully remote, so flexibility in work hours is acceptable unless there are any issues.
Work when you want, from wherever you want, but make sure the work gets done :)
