• Payroll
• Pay the bills on time
• Prepare weekly cash monitoring report.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly accounts receivable reconciliation and analysis.
• Prepare month-end closing processes such as accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications.
• Prepare monthly lapsing schedule.
• Conduct physical inventory and fixed asset count.
• Perform internal control/SOX testing.
• Work with internal, SOX, and external auditors.
• Other jobs as requested by supervisor.
