Ecommerce Customer Support Agent Needed (Must be familiar with Zendesk ticket platform)

We are looking for someone that can handle Customer support/support tickets and process refunds for our customers.

You need to be familiar with Zendesk ticket system since this is the platform we are using to handle support tickets, we also need you to be fluent with English language. You will also handle phone support with our clients.
