Full Time Virtual Assistant For Online Crafts Website | General VA

What I require from you:
- You MUST write and understand English, I can't teach you if you can't understand me
- MUST have a personal computer with good unlimited data internet
- Analytical and organizational skills, there will be a lot of spreadsheets to keep track of and complete
- VERY IMPORTANT - attention to detail when working with dates and links


The software we are using. Any experience with them or similar ones is a bonus, but we will train you on how to use it.
- Social media (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram)
- Clickup
- Google docs/sheets
- Canva is a MUST
- Basic photo/video editing is a MUST (adding images and text to videos)
- Tailwind
- WordPress


Required office equipment
- Home office (not working from coffee shops, malls or anything like that)
- A good, fast computer used only by you
- High-speed internet connection with unlimited internet
- Skype

Tasks you will be required to do:
- weekly meeting on skype voice and sharing the computer screen with my senior VA to discuss tasks and work progress.
- Distribute and schedule content on various platforms (Facebook page, Pinterest, Instagram, etc)
- Use Tailwing to schedule pins
- Use Clickup to update tasks
- Add/remove text and links to blog posts in Wordpress and YouTube videos
- Basic photo editing
- Basic video editing (we use WeVideo which is an online service which we will train you on)
- creating Pinterest pins from templates in Canva
- Basic data gathering for our website
- Maintain google spreadsheets up to date
- Other general daily tasks (repetitive tasks)
