AMAZON Virtual Assistant for AMAZON Online Store

DESCRIPTION

We are an online Amazon seller looking for a virtual assistant to help us in our Amazon store. This is a full time job.
ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE ON AMAZON WILL BE CONSIDERED.

We are looking for a focused, driven Amazon Marketplace Virtual Assistant with 3-5 years of experience in Amazon, e-Commerce, or a related field. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE ON AMAZON will be considered. The ideal candidate stays on top of Amazon’s marketing trends, has experience with Amazon listings, product research and Amazon software tools.
Your main function will be product research. You will be required to conduct product searches, review products and create corresponding excel sheets. There will be a full paid training before you start working. You will also be required to assist in other related areas by using excel, google sheets, etc.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspecting landing pages, product information and all other listings to check if they conform to your checklist.
• Review excel sheets and product links to see if they match our criteria (you will be trained for this)
• Review Keepa charts, analyze pricing and price history.
• Data entry into different types of software and spreadsheets
• Consider various criteria in searching and choosing products, including competitor data, sales data, market/consumer
trends, buying behavior and overall business
• Analyze profit performance of products and evaluate profitability trends as well as pricing using various tools such as Keep
a, FBA Multi-Tool, inventory lab, etc.
• Communicate frequently with clients and coworkers


THE REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
• MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree
• MUST HAVE 3-5 years experience on AMAZON
• Technology Skills - MS Excel, google sheets, Zoom, email
• MUST HAVE great knowledge in excel
• Research Skills particularly online search
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, including Data Analytics
• Communication Skills; fluent in English – spoken and written;
• Strong attention to details;
• Willingness to perform various functions
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and follow instructions
• Have a strong internet connection
• Be able to work independently without constant monitoring.
