so what is the job?
the job will be:
manage contracts service providers such as marketing,
manage some team members such as other managers
maintain daily, weekly, monthly meetings with all managers and part of the employees .
find new talents around the world to join us.
manage the lead generation
machine with the team members that will be part of your team under your management .
*the big question is what hour new Executive assistance looks like?
that person have not less than perfect English (write and speak )
amazing with plan and execute.
creative thinker.
able to sit and think as a group and not just sit and take notes like a VA.
have experience with managing people.
have good computer and working space with ability to block any outdoor noises like dogs chicken ---------- n operate for 8-12 hours California time start at 8 am
highly motivated
high goals to grow in a legit American start up company
knowledge with podio CRM, EXEL and real estate platform as ROOR, smartphone, will be big bonus
other related experience will be great.
