COLD CALLING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken VIRTUAL ASSISTANT who has excellent phone skills and the ability to convert motivated leads into deals. Turn every Cold Call into a sell following written scripts, I need someone who is willing to learn and will be working majority of time on the computer and making phone calls, making/presenting offers to sellers, locking up contracts and repeating the process. Also, willing to learn about other real estate platforms and systems has real estate sales and lead generation experience, cold calling, fluent in English with minimum or no accent. You can not work for another Employer while under my Employment.


Job Description and Daily Responsibilities Include:

- Cold calling using script and a list of SFH properties offering to buy their property.
-Research property condition and level of seller motivation
- Research Lead for Comps, MAO, ARV, and or LTV for offers.
- Ability to build trust with seller and close deals quickly
- daily task, Cold Calling an average of 250 calls per day
-Salary: Php $10,000.00/month Plus Commission on closed deals.
-45 Hr. Week: Tuesday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. US Time Zones
-Cold Calling from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. US Time Zones
-Emailing Offers from 10:00 – 7:00 PM US Time Zones

Initiate contact via Phone and Email with motivated sellers of distressed properties and Virtual networking with Cash Buyers. If selected, your work will consist mainly in the Acquisition of buying, Selling and Wholesaling Single Family residence.
Identify potential assets and investment opportunities.

Negotiate contracts, including purchase and sales agreements.
Keeping written notes and comments on progress on all Cold Calling Leads is required
