Video Editor /part time to full time (experience required)

Looking for a video editor to edit my YouTube videos and make them look professional. This is an ongoing position. Currently for 2-3 videos per week, but increasing to up to 5 videos. I'm looking for someone with experience who is effective, professional, and has attention to detail. Must have the ability to do PIPS (overlay videos), images, music, graphics, text etc.
