Web Developer (Finance/Stock Market Site)

HI, I'm looking for an experienced web developer to help me design a site for a financial blog as well as some other aspects of the website which will be.
- subscription system
- some areas of the site are locked until your account has a subscription.
- stock portfolio page which ideally will automatically update the returns based on data.

So overall this will probably be best to do on wordpress with some potential back end edits to include some of the features I would like.
Also needs to be mobile friendly.
