Virtual Assistant

Assist with real estate leads in a certain market of the United States. Market will be given during interview.
We are looking for an organized and detail oriented individual who can build our list of potential owners interested in selling their home/ property.
You will be responsible for searching public records on county websites, pre-foreclosure lists, and late utility payments for potential property leads. You will also be utilizing Google Maps to search distressed properties in a specific neighborhood. Gather property owner information (address, email, phone number).
Future duties may include cold calling property owners if successful in generating lead list.
