Google Ads and SEO Expert

I need someone who is smart, with experience in Google Ads and can deliver. Someone I can call a partner.

Someone who can help me perform daily tasks such as:
1) Monitoring and optimising Google Ads campaigns - You must be good at it. At least few years of experience.
2) Building links from forums, directories, and helping with meta titles and descriptions.

Bonus: If you are good with content writing that's a big plus.
Another bonus: If you are good with Facebook ads that will be nice but definitely not mandatory.

More about you- You must have great English.
You must be proactive and hands on.
You must have reliable internet connection and you are okay with video calls.
You must be able to work full time.

WORKING HOURS: From 6am-2:30pm PH time (or 12pm-8:30pm up to you but it has to be a routine), with few breaks (one of 30 min, and 3 breaks of 15 minutes).
7:15 hours total per day. Monday to Friday. This will be monitored with a time tracker software.
You'll be entitled to 0.5 paid sick day and 0.5 paid vacation day each month (total of 6 days of vacation days and 6 days of sick days annually), And of course you'll be entitled to paid holidays.
