JOB OVERVIEW

We are an e-commerce company with 2 warehouses(1 in Korea and 1 in Singapore). We found company last year and grew our business in Singapore last year and expecting to expand our business to Malaysia, Indonesia and rest of South East Asia on leading marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify etc). We are focusing on health&beauty products in shopee for now so if you know about shopee system, it will be easy for you to work with us. Our business is growing quite rapidly so we are looking for colleagues who want to grow together with our business!

The main tasks we need completed are:
- Tracking of competitor’s pricing and make analysis reports
- Check our ads and sales performance
- Reply 100% customer’s chat inquiries within stipulated time frame.
- Organize and follow up cases by calling or emailing e-commerce platform (eg. Refund/Return, complain, fraud )
- List new products on our online stores in multi-platforms (This requires basic photo editing skills as well as product research skills )
- Management of our customer reviews, customer service recovery
- Ad-Hoc service requests with merchants, follow up
- (Preferable) Photoshop/Canva skills are a big plus
