We need a full-time IT Operations Support specialist to join our team to help streamline the backend IT systems and processes that enable the rest of the company to perform at its best.


What You'll Do...

===Key Responsibilities===
• Manage and enhance internal systems; Sales funnels, integrations, Wordpress website and plugins, Project tracking, CRM, Databases
• General IT support
• Manage project task requests; Monitor, resolve or escalate all outstanding tickets as relevant.
• Proactively resolve queries, provide IT trouble shooting assistance and update the team members accordingly in a timely manner.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve and deliver solutions
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within and across diverse teams
• Provide Support to the Operations Manager.
• Participate in projects and activities as required.
• Proactively work to and exceed individual KPI targets

===Skills and Experience===
• Experience with: Airtable, Bitrix, Pipedrive (or other CRM) highly regarded
• Experience with Clickfunnels, Zapier, Ontraport (or other automation system) would be highly regarded
• Experience with Kajabi, Wordpress, Woocommerce or eCommerce Websites or other online course/blog platforms would be highly regarded
• Exposure to webhooks and api's would be highly regarded
• Experience with data gap analysis, data migration and integrations will be highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated problem solving skills
• Excellent systems and analytical knowledge, ability to eliminate system redundancy and duplication and streamline processes
• Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who can work well independently and is interested in contributing to the growth and development of the organisation.
• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Faster learner who can pick up new ideas, conduct proofs of concept / value and propose a path forward or suggest improvements and streamline processes

• 40 hours per week, working mainly Monday to Friday but with a flexible weekend schedule
• Expected hours between 7.00 am and 3.30 pm Philippine Time
• Your monthly salary will be in AUD (competitive salary package for the right candidate)
• Your salary will be paid bi-weekly and sent directly to your bank account
• PH Legal holidays will be observed
