CONTENT CREATOR CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE (Philippines)
Job duties: No. of Hiring: 2 to 5 pax
• Must be able to communicate in both English Languages and their native languages such as Tagalog, Cebuano, Ilocano, Hiligaynon, Waray-Waray, Kapampangan, Bicolano, Pangasinese, Maranaoan & Tausug.
• Provide Local Philippines Language Translation such as Tagalog, Cebuano, Ilocano, Hiligaynon, Waray-Waray, Kapampangan, Bicolano, Pangasinese, Maranaoan & Tausug for our platform.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and via emails on feedback/ enquiry.
• Keep track of customer interactions on every single customer complaints and feedbacks and send in daily report in excel file, also summarized on the number of cases they are handling per day.
• Create Video Contents that is suitable for India Market.
• Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimized content.
• Daily feedback on Popular Application Similar to our platforms and detail on their strategies.
