Looking for a Great Communicator and Project Manager. Start Part Time, Build Quickly to Full Time

I'm looking for a Customer Service/Project Manager focused ---------- would start part time (5-10 hours per week), but will quickly grow to full time.

Most important skills:
-Great English communication skills
-Good problem solving skills
-general competency with online platforms like Upwork/Fiverr

Job at the moment would consist of:
-Posting job offers on Upwork (with pre-written templates, and set criteria)
-Communicating between clients and our artist team
-Answering client email inquiries
-Some delivery work as we get more comfortable.
