Job Description
Lendwise is a finance/mortgage broking business based out of Sydney servicing clients all around Australia. We are recruiting a part-time (20 hours per week) Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This position will offer flexibility to be a completely remote role. The reporting time is from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Sydney time, daily from Mondays to Fridays. The total required time for an entire week is 20 hours.
Experience working with an Australian mortgage broker/financial business for a minimum of 1-2 years as well as experience working for any of the major aggregators in Australia are highly preferred because you will be primarily help in marketing a newly launched mortgage broker’s company.
We will need the successful candidate to work closely with the Marketing Manager and Director in many marketing tasks mainly – social media,
You will be initially tested for 3 months. If you pass the evaluation, you will be offered an ongoing contract.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create marketing collateral and digital strategies to improve brand awareness and lead opportunities across Australia
• Create effective and consistent social media posts (Instagram,
• Upload, update, and edit content onto our WordPress website (i.e. blog posts and product pages)
• Create and send EDM’s using ActiveCampaign platform to go out to our customer base
• Execute
• Manage company
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels and copy editing/writing of marketing materials
Essential Requirements:
• Passion for social and digital marketing
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Graphic design skills
• Be able to take direction and work closely with the small but effective team
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, minimum of 3-year experience desired
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of WordPress, ActiveCampaign, Adobe, and Canva
• Solid knowledge and experience in
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Other Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, preferably Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, etc.
• Experience working in a similar position for an Australian company.
• Experience in and know-how of the Australian financial market.
• Familiarity with other MS Office applications.
• Incredible attention to detail.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
