Hello, we are an agency that works with various indie video games in community management, social media management, and marketing. We are currently a team of 10, and we are looking to add a hardworking, smart Social Media manager who is also a fabulous writer. You will be managing multiple video game's social media account (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) where the job duties include:

* Responding to daily direct messages, comments, and interactions.
* Retweeting, sharing, liking, and engaging with the audience by using social accounts.
* Growing the social media channels
* Creating regular social media posts (we usually schedule the whole month's worth of posts a week before the next month starts). You will be searching the contents on the internet and coordinating with the team to prepare original content.
* Writing posts, updates and announcements, and other news text for the games to be shared on multiple channels
* Researching and utilizing hashtags for organic reach
* Other related tasks in writing and social media management

In short, you are responsible for creating content for the social media activity by finding them over the internet, taking screenshots, writing up some posts, researching good ideas, responding to messages on the social media pages, etc.

Must have:
* Exceptional English written ---------- exceptions!
* Tech-savvy
* Some experience/background in video games as a gamer preferred, so you enjoy and own the job
* Fast typing skills and detail-oriented
* Fast learner and seeks to pick up more skills
* Self-initiative and go above and beyond

Plus to have:
* Experience in growing other social media accounts significantly and can provide reports/pages you managed
* Flexible schedule
* Have a PC that can handle newer games (not a must at all)
* Experience using Hootsuite or something similar and calendars is a plus
* Any other skills that could be useful in this job that you can tell us to increase your chance of acceptance into the role
* We have a graphics designer on the team, but some graphic design skills would be nice to have
