Million Dollar Credit is a Credit Repair / Real estate investing company from Little Rock, AR.



Who Are We Looking For?

A reliable part-time cold caller who can work 4 days per week (5 -8 hours per day)



System/equipment requirements:

*Must have a working and dependable computer or laptop

*Very Dependable internet connection

*Headset: Any USB type headset with a noise-canceling feature



Responsibilities:

*Attend to inbound and outbound calls to homeowners that may be interested in selling their property.

*Drafting and sending a weekly email blast

*Updating CRM with seller information( Experience in PropStream & Podio)

*Confidently use scripts to convert prospects to leads!

*Handle objections efficiently

*Skip trace homeowners

*have experience in sending contracts over to the seller

*Find Cash Buyers

*Communicate with Title Companies




Salary:

Php 20,000-30,000 depends on experience



Qualifications:

*Must have strong cold calling experience working for a real estate investor for at least 2 years

*Has excellent communication skills, verbal and written

*Has great computer skills

*Has experience skip tracing homeowners information

*Able to handle objections effectively

*Motivated, disciplined, coachable, & reliable!

*Willing to work hard, fast-paced, and team-driven environment.
