Our fast-growing real estate appraisal company is looking for 7 new Data Analysts to join our pioneer teams and start on April 5, 2021!
Before you submit an application, here’s a glimpse of what you will do as a Data Analyst:
Compensation
Base Salary: $480 per month ($3/hr starting rate)
Incentives: $13 per report after completing 40 reports per month. (41st report onwards will qualify for the incentive)
Benefits: Paid Leaves after 1 year of employment, Paid US Holiday/Company Non-working holidays, PC Upgrades
Work Schedule
Mon-Fri 8 AM-5 PM Eastern Standard Time
What we initially need from you:
* PC/laptop specs minimum of 8gb RAM;
* Internet speed minimum of 10mbps (you will have to open multiple websites for research);
* Curious and eager to learn the entire process of developing appraisal reports through training resources and discussions;
* Loves and has the capacity to analyze data;
* Does not mind doing repetitive tasks in a day;
* Can work night shifts in the Philippines (during business hours in South Carolina time)
* Keep up with the work pressure in meeting deadlines for training and appraisal reports.

What you can expect from us:
* The salary will be paid bi-weekly;
* 1-2 months of paid training;
* 3rd month onwards will still be paid with base salary plus incentive if you exceed the goal (40 completed reports per month);
* Weekly performance review once endorsed to production. This is to improve one’s potential as a Data Analyst;
* Career growth. We are continuously expanding so we would need more leaders to handle incoming Data Analysts;
* Fair promotion. We don’t care if you come in first or last. If you want a promotion and so long as you work for it, you are capable of doing it, we would love to see you step up;
* Benefits will be given if you meet or exceed the goal for 6 consecutive months.
What we expect from you:
1-2 Months
* Learn to utilize all tools and resources to complete reliable appraisal reports (Total, Titan, Anow, MLS, Public Data Records)
* Learn and properly understand all facets of data entry and data analysis in appraisal report development
* Keep up with the self-taught training system. Teammates will be given all training resources and time to go over them and evaluations such as Q&A and sample application should be done after each module.
* Should encompass compatibility with our core values first and job competency second.
* Have a deep motivation and desire to learn the entire process.
* Show significant improvements in scores in creating sample reports.
3rd Month Onwards
* Should be able to complete 2 reports per day (20 business days = 40 completed reports per month) to meet goals
* Complete 3 reports per day (20 business days = 60 completed reports per month) to exceed goals
* Work harmoniously with the team and appraiser(s)
* Be responsible for the revision requests for the report you developed.
