Position: Full time and Part time Virtual Assistant (40 hours a week)
Schedule: Start ASAP
Salary: Training is for 2 weeks and basic pay after training is around $2-$3.50 per hour depending on your skillset and will have 6 months increase to $4 depending on performance
JOB ROLE:
- Lead Generation (You will generate leads through social media like LinkedIn, FB, IG, Pinterest,cold calling, etc)
- CRM Management (You will manage the lead every day)
- Qualify Appointments (You will qualify lead appointments)
- Manage your client's schedule
-any other virtual assistant task needed to help client scale their business up
IMPORTANT The training is a 2 weeks long
Qualifications:
- At least 2 yrs BPO Experience(Intl Accnt)
- Preferably someone with Social Media Lead Generation experience
- Quick Learner and very self-reliant.
- Very good command of the English language both oral and written.
- Someone who takes INITIATIVE to fix ongoing and upcoming issue
- Someone that can follow system and scripts in messaging but doesn't sound like one.
- with quiet home office or with Noise cancelling headset.
-Someone that is passionate to grow client’s business.
-Someone who can COMMIT once hired
-Someone who is tech-savvy
