About the ROLE

The CS/Marketing VA we are looking for plays an integral part in our LONG-TERM growth strategy. We are seeking a fast-learning digitally savvy HYBRID customer service expert/marketing mind to execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. The position will be primarily responsible for serving as a FAST and FRIENDLY customer service liaison and contacting and developing relationships with bloggers and influencers, Instagram and YouTube in particular. You may be responsible for product detail page curation, sourcing, product vetting, and other marketing efforts, as needed as well.


Duties and Responsibilities for CS/Marketing Expert Hybrid Role

Address all customer service inquiries professionally and promptly

Assist with product sourcing, product detail curation, product planning

Identify and build relationships with influencers using predefined templates

Actively scout for new shakers and movers, emerging talents, while analyzing the competition's influencers

Maintain an influencer database while keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies for marketing and influencers

Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns/marketing


Record and report influencer campaign data into spreadsheets

Monitor influencer campaigns (check on influencers each day to make sure posts are going up, being posted correctly, etc.)

Requirements, NON-NEGOTIABLES

Reliable and goal-oriented with a long-term growth-based mindset

Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies

Strong knowledge of social media platforms

Well-organized with great time management skills

Impeccable English verbal and written communication skills

Positive self-starter and strategic thinker, able to work on FAST deadlines

Be able to work FULL TIME

Comfortable working under a remote supervisor

Willing to learn influencer marketing software on the job

Negotiation skills are a plus
