FULL TIME EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

This is a FULLTIME position. Up to 40 hours a week, pay negotiable, want someone with experience in being an executive assistant to an online business, that can multi-task and execute quickly and ---------- BEGINNERS must have experience and can onboard quickly.

We want someone that can grow with us and as we grow, we will bless you & your family financially.

The applicant has to be willing to meet for (1) 1-hour with the CEO for training (when you first are hired) and attend bi-weekly team meetings for 30-minutes to stay on task with the business. This person also needs the flexibility to work some hours that the whole team is working Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm EST. We DO NOT work on the weekends. We believe in family & worship time. You set your own hours, however, you should be flexible during launch periods.

You will be the CEO's right-hand person.

Voxer will be used to communicate during the week.

Tasks they need to complete:
1. Help with podcast management: email guests, set up the podcast room links, set up the project management board for podcast editor.
2. Clean and organize the CEO's inbox
3. Be responsible for the customer support email for customers.
4. Help with onboarding new clients.
5. Maintain the SOPs and KPIs of the business.
6. Have project management skills to keep Jasmin on task and towards the goals of the company.
7. Maintain bi-weekly agenda for the team meetings.
8. Help upload videos and place them in the respective folders on dropbox
9. Keep dropbox organized.

The Best candidates will have experience with:
1. Being a leader that can come in and help with the organization
2. Tech skills with Asana, Kajabi, Gsuite, Canva, Convertkit, Zapier and be quick learners
3. Be familiar with funnels and automation and can help automate some of the tasks we are currently doing as a team.
4. Love learning (whatever the team learns, you will learn)
