Front-End Developer

I'm looking for an expert (10 out of 10 ***) Front-End Developer to build a 10-page responsive website in HTML5 & Sass ---------- PHP, .JS can be used only for forms if there is no other way to code them.

I would like the website to be fully compliant with ----------

Developed with a mobile-first approach.

The code needs to minified, super clean and fast.

The coded site must maintain a 'A' rating as here: ----------

The GTmetrix load time can increase a little if really required.

I will provide optimised full designs and illustrations.
