Currently we are looking for an:

A Social Media Manager with at least 3 years experience with an existing portfolio,
Able to also do customer support
Experienced in creating and publishing posts for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest,
Skilled in Influencer and media outreach/ management,
Fantastic writing skills,
An eye for design & creative direction,
Skilled in building brand awareness and driving sales through social media,
Skilled with social media strategy and growing brands on the relevant platforms,
PR background is a plus
Passionate about gardening and plants is a must.

There’s going to be A LOT of work.

You will most likely end up doing roles that are “beyond your job scope”, a marketer might be helping out with customer support… or a graphic designer might be doing social media work.

There’s also going to be a lot of failure and rejection. Work that we put out might not get the results we want. Strategies and designs made might get cancelled in a snap. What we worked on for weeks might be scrapped without even having the chance to see the light of day…

And all of this is just the tip of the ---------- a nutshell, this will be a demanding role.
