Hi there, I am Michael!

I am the CEO of 3DT (3 Dimension Tech GmbH, germany), we are a company for 3D-scanning, 3D-printing, 3D-modelling and much more. Our main focus currently is virtual events. We are together with the companies rooom AG and e-Networkers ---------- the extremely fast growing market we need help with "everything around Websites". For fast prototyping of websites and finishing / polishing we are often using Wordpress. You can see examples at:

What is the job about?


What are we looking for?
We look for someone that is extremely independent. We have very much experience with working with virtual workers, my Executive Assistant is one and one of our 3D-Modellers as well. They really love what they do and get honored for it.
Your fit will be awesome if you can:
- set-up and host websites
- set-up and implement themes
- have a VERY graphic/aesthetics focused eye (websites like ---------- come to my mind -> clear visuals, clear presentation)
- you should have graphic experience with programs like Photoshop / Illustrator and similar
- SEO, optimizing pages, caching, lazy load and similar should be something you know

You should be comfortable with:
- project management software (we use Bitrix24, it is easy to learn)
- Timeproof (we currently use the tool from Onlinejobs.ph)

Your benefits?
We are only looking for full time team members (30-40h), we do NOT work with freelancers. As part of our team you are treated as full members. This includes paid learning time, paid holiday, paid benefits and fast raises on excellent performance. Our current members raised their income by 30-50% in less then half a year. You can work at an open shedule and do not need to have "specific" times. I will mostly write from 14:00 - 22:00 german time (before I am on meetings) and set up tasks and control in this time-frames : )

Wage/Salary:
For a web dev/designer we are paying about 12.000 - 35.000 PHP. You get paid via Transfervise, which is a very reliable way and should not come with fees for you. If you are new and have less then 1-2 years of experience you can estimate 12.000 - 15.000 PHP. If you got more then 6 years of experience, have graphics program skills as well as SEO, HTLM and CSS knowledge you can expect to be in the 25.000+ category. After working a couple of months you can expect to be paid monthly in the middle of the month.

Please always include a CV and (!) examples of your work, these are very important. After messaging me, I will take some time to react. Most of the times an video interview follows and then a paid testweek (or days if it fits you better). We do pay for everything you do.
