Superstar Real Estate and Admin VA

We are looking for a Real Estate and Admin VA who will be instrumental in driving our company's offshore real estate investment initiative. We need someone that can help us build our real-estate portfolio by managing and closing purchase offers, researching and analyzing potential real-estate deals, and other administrative tasks.

Salary: 4 USD per hour

What You Need for this Position
Able to work with minimum supervision
Located in the Philippines

100% fully available; no other contracts
Has a stable and reliable internet connection; atleast 5mbps DSL/Fiber connection
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Reliable, committed, and works with integrity
Keen attention to details
Excellent negotiation skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Passionate about self development and continuous improvement
At Least 1-2 years of real-estate VA experience
Has experienced working with buy-and-hold investment companies (Preferred)
Analytical and can handle tight deadlines

What You Will Be Doing
Send purchase offers using MLS
Research potential markets
Analyze potential deals
Negotiate and close offers
Select and oversee property management service
Assist with on-demand web research tasks around selecting vendors, validating data, etc. across our data + proxy businesses and other administrative responsibilities (Consistent availability on chat from 9:30am - noon (PST) and 1:30pm - 5:30pm (PST)
Perform other duties as assigned
