What you need for this position:

Salesforce Knowledge...

2.5+ years of Apex, SOQL, SOSL and LWC development (including deployment and testing)

User access level management (Sharing setting, Profiles, Permission sets)

Out-of-the-box Salesforce customisation (Custom object/fields, Page layouts, Workflows, Triggers, Approval Process, Email Templates, at the very least)

Data load and migration experience

Best Practices

Overall…

HTML/CSS/JavaScript and Integration/WebServices experience

Problem solving and attention to detail skills

Solution Design Documentation (good written communication skills are essential)
