Transaction Coordinator Assistant

Support our team of Texas based Real Estate Transaction Coordinators. Entering transactions into TCWorkflow, checking Texas contracts and compliance documents for dates and completion, entering transactions into back office compliance systems (SkySlope, BackAgent, TransactionDesk, etc), entering listings in MLS all over Texas.

You will excel in this job if:

Job Duties:

1. Entering transactions into TCWorkflow
2. Checking Texas contracts and compliance documents for dates and completion.
3. Entering transactions into back office compliance systems (SkySlope, BackAgent, Transaction Desk, etc)
4. Entering listings in MLS all over Texas.

Preferred/Required knowledge:
US Real Estate transaction coordination knowledge, Texas real estate documents, TCWorkFlow, Back Agent, SkySlope, KW Command, Transaction Desk, KV Core, DotLoop, DocuSign, MLS, Zipforms, ---------- pensation:
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly 5 to 7 dollars per hour
