Airbnb and STR Specialist

Our Airbnb business is growing and we are looking to bring on a new team member. We are looking to hire a Virtual Assistant who is willing to grow with us as we acquire more short term rental properties. Training will be provided and we are looking for someone who is a self starter with previous experience with airbnb and short term rentals.

Job Description:
- Excellent English (Spoken and Written)
- Great Customer Service
- Familiarity with Airbnb Interface - Checkins, Messaging, Filing Claims with Airbnb for missing items or damages
- Scheduling and Organizing with Team - Cleaning Crew, Repairmen, Property Manager(s)
- Weekly Financial Reports
