NEEDED ASAP - Experienced Cold Caller/Lead Generator - Outbound Calls

YOU MUST HAVE COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE!!! WE ARE STRICTLY LOOKING FOR OUTBOUND CALLERS!!!

We are a global Real Estate investment firm based in Florida, USA and London, UK seeking to hire an experienced, passionate and results-driven COLD CALLER (Lead Generator). This is a 40hr/week full-time position which allows you to work from home. The base pay for this position is $500/month (paid weekly) + bonuses of up to $600/month per closed deal. We are looking to add a GOAL ORIENTED, HIGH ACHIEVING individual as a long-term member of the Lead Generation Team.

As Lead Generator you must have GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS for outbound calls.
Your role includes making outbound calls to homeowners, building rapport/relationships with them, then setting appointments for our Acquisitions Manager to see their property in person. Applicants with BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS or NO COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE will immediately be turned down. Cold Callers will be using Mojo Dialer and Podio(CRM) - prior experience with these programs is a plus.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

There is NO LIMIT on the number of bonuses you can receive per month. The opportunities are endless if you are persistent and consistent.
4. After 90 days salary will increase from $500/month to $550/month

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST MEET:

1. Wanting to work Full Time permanently for an international company
2. MINIMUM of 3 months REAL ESTATE Outbound Calling EXPERIENCE
3. OR Minimum 1 YEAR LEAD GENERATION EXPERIENCE
4. EXCELLENT English Speaking Skills
5. GREAT Persuasive Speaking Skills & QUICK Rebuttals
6. Strong Listening and Communication Skills
7. OPTIMISTIC personality
8. PayPal account for weekly payments
9. Good fast internet and an email account
