Advanced Wordpress Plugin and Web App Developer

Looking for advanced wordpress plugin and web app developer that can use github, digital ocean, and/or AWS.

Must have advanced skills in php, mysql, css, javascript, API integrations, wordpress, digital ocean servers and/or AWS..

You must be able to publish from github to digital ocean servers and/or AWS. I also have apps developed for install on people's web sites with php/mysql.

You must have expert skills in site/app speed, resource efficiency, security, and mobile responsiveness.

I have existing apps and plugins that need upgrades, optimization, etc. I also need new plugins and apps created.

Must communicate well.
