Shopify virtual assistant

I run an online store ---------- and I am selling massagers online
. The store is currently in Pre-launch mode.


I am looking for a Virtual Assistant for 20-40 hours per week for the following tasks -

follow up updates for Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest ads, Instagram email, Orders.
Once solidified I will make a Linkedin Page and then You will get a BONUS!

- Follow up with previous clients via email to see if they would like to reorder, or make a new order, and to get honest feedback on how we handled their job

- Research popular Trends Google Trends, Facebook Trends, using popular Toy video, Media, Politics, New releases from movies. Anything for the next phase of a product launch is needed for research and contact (via email and phone) similar companies (eg gyms, libraries, hotels and pubs) and sell our products-- I have chosen all the products in the mean.

- Respond to incoming emails for new quotes for new clients and chase up our suppliers to make sure orders are on time.

The applicant should have EXCELLENT written and spoken English, and be dedicated to offering the best customer service to our clients around
