We are a growing team and we're looking for a Home - Based Magnificent Cold Caller to join our top-ranked Real Estate team.
As a Magnificent Cold Caller you will have your remarkable phone handling and persuasive powers to convince prospective homeowners to avail of our services! There is paid training! WE OFFER BONUSES!!

Responsibilities:
-Do inbound and outbound calls to homeowners and tell them about how they could benefit from our services
-Confidently use our scripts to convert prospects to leads!
-Handle objections efficiently
-Properly disposition calls on our system

Qualifications:
-Must have conversational skills and have fluent english
-Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
-Able to handle objections effectively
-Motivated, disciplined, coachable, trainable, and a go-getter!
-Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-driven environment
-Must have experience cold calling in real estate
Work Details:
-30 hours per week/ Mon-Fri/Weekends off / US Eastern Standard Time Zone
-Salary: $4-6/hour USD depending on experience Plus Monthly performance bonus and paid training!

System/equipment requirements:
-Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
-Stable internet connection of at least 3 MBPS
-Backup workstation (preferred)
-Backup internet (pocket wifi)
-USB noise-canceling headset
