Responsibilities Initiate contact with real estate professionals buyers and sellers of distressed properties via phone, email and in person networking. If selected, you will work closely with and report to the Acquisition team responsible for a portfolio of Single Family Residences, Condominium’s, and Multi- family investment opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Identify potential assets and investment opportunities

Develop and maintain relationships with Wholesale Conduits and Real Estate Agents

Initiate communication via Phone and Email with Various Real Estate Professionals

Negotiate contracts, including purchase and sales agreements.
Create written correspondence as required Cold Calling
